By creating an account or using Pannely (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pannely is a desktop application that provides a unified interface for multiple AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others). A free tier is available with limited features; Pannely Pro unlocks full functionality.
You must provide your own API keys from the respective AI providers. Pannely does not resell AI API access.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.
Pannely Pro is available on a monthly ($8/month) or yearly ($68/year) basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
If you are not satisfied with Pannely Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, email hello@pannely.com with your order details.
Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the initial 14-day window, or for accounts that have violated these Terms.

Pannely and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Pannely team and are protected by copyright. Your API keys and conversation data remain yours.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
